About us...

In 2015, I was employed by a global organisation to work as a Leadership and Management Development consultant. During my time there I realised that I really wanted to share my passion and devotion to L&D with other organisations too.....and Zest was born.

An L&D professional with a proven record of personal and managerial achievement, in a number of different industries, including Financial and Oil. A talent for identifying root issues that will underpin successful L&D solutions, specialising in Leadership and Management Development, Sales and Customer Service.

Consults from an emotional as well as a commercial perspective resulting in the right solutions being implemented.

Generates exceptional levels of energy and commitment in the training room and, afterwards, builds extraordinary levels of developmental trust to ensure continuous development through coaching and mentoring. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  

I also bring with me over 10 years experience within a Leadership role driving high performance and engagement, with Think Money Group, Radius Payment Solutions and Baines & Ernst.
